Any notice alleging that images or content uploaded on this platform infringe on intellectual property rights must include the following information:

 

a. A signature (electronic or physical) of the owner or authorized person to act on the owner’s behalf of the allegedly infringed copyright;

 

b. Description of the image or content that is claimed to be infringed; 

 

c. Description of the allegedly copyrighted content and where it can be found on this platform; contact information of the owner or authorized person, including the address, phone number, and email address;

 

d. A statement from the owner or authorized person proving that the materials in question were being used without permission; and 

 

e. A statement from the owner or authorized person that the above information presented is correct, along with proof that the owner owns the copyright to the image or content in question.

 

 

Storables shall terminate (without notice) the account of users who are “repeat infringers,” defined as users who have been notified of infringing behavior more than twice, or who have had infringing User Content removed from this platform more than twice.
